		<description>firstly...lower your body fat % as most people have nice abs naturally just have too much fat covering them - diet or excersise more or a combination, whatever you like to do. At the same time do 50-100 crunches a day building it up, also try the plank and one other excersise (explained next)

1 - lie flat on your back 
2 - raise your legs off the floor by 2 inches roughly - hold for 30 seconds
3 - raise by another 2 inches - hold for 30.
4 - continue raising them until you no longer feel the abs burn
